- Identity and contact: full name, email address, phone number.
- Professional information: company / organization, title / position.
- Preferences: the city / cities you wish to attend, application type (attendance, speaker, sponsorship).
- Form and contact content: the messages you share in contact forms, applications and requests.
- Technical data: IP address, browser information (user agent) and similar log records.
3. Purposes of processing
- Creating and managing your event registration and enabling attendance,
- Sending invitation, venue, speaker and program announcements,
- Evaluating speaker / sponsorship applications and requests,
- Fulfilling legal obligations,
- Ensuring the security of our systems and events.
4. Legal bases (KVKK art. 5/6)
Your data is processed on the basis of your explicit consent (for marketing / informational messages), the establishment and performance of a contract / event registration, the legitimate interests of the data controller, and the fulfilment of legal obligations.
5. Transfers
Your data may be shared, to the extent required by the service and with appropriate security measures, with our partners and suppliers providing hosting, email delivery and analytics services, whether located in Türkiye and/or abroad.
6. Retention
Your personal data is retained for as long as the processing purpose requires and for the legal retention periods set out in applicable legislation; at the end of these periods it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
7. Data subject rights (KVKK art. 11)
You have the right to learn whether your data is processed and to request information about it, to request correction or deletion, to object to processing and to request that third parties to whom it was transferred be notified. You may send your requests to info@legaltech90.com.
